It casts patients as warriors still standing, still swinging, still here. In dark, cinematic environments like clinics, mirrors, waiting rooms patients trash talk their disease with raw emotion. Every frame leans into the look and feel of defiance under pressure. These aren’t your typical pharma ads, so I used AI to create a gritty visual style that helped us give the client a clear sense of what this could look like in the real world.
